Refunds, Return & Exchanges
There is no return, refund or exchange on custom tinted paint. This also applies to:
- Any type of custom ordered paints
- Gift cards – Purchases of gift cards cannot be returned
Other products:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund an item within 30 days with a receipt or proof of purchase along with the item in its original condition. Items are only eligible for exchange if they are defective. Please return to a Colourcentre nearest you.
Refunds (if applicable)
- For values equivalent to $100 USD or less will be processed according to the original payment type used.
- A credit automatically applied to the card used for the original payment. Allow at least 48 hours for processing.
- A cash payment where the original payment was made by cash or cheque
- For values equivalent to more than $100 USD will be refunded by a cheque prepared by our Finance Department within the period of 1 week.
- We will require your mailing address to post to you or your telephone contact to arrange collection
- For items purchased with a gift card – a credit will be supplied by voucher or card.
- For online sales – a credit will be issued to the card from which the original payment was made
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Credited to your card – please check with the credit card department of your bank first as there are sometimes processing delays.
- Sent by post – if you have not received your refund within 20 days of your claim. Please notify us.
